Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled WMS Test Program Manager who will be responsible for Leading the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System testing for one of the leading retail clothing Company. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed. Responsibilities: Own and deliver Warehouse Management System integration testing Associate may need to perform process validation on Machine handling equipment’s from one of the client warehouses. Work with Business/Functional team to understand the requirements Own and create Test Strategy / Test plan for releases Work with offshore team to deliver the test design and execution Lead SIT, RT and support UAT testing cycles Required Skills/Qualifications: 14+ years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Clients (Preferrable in Retail/Supply Chain) Extensive experienced resources in WMS System like Manhattan to lead and perform functional and System Integration testing. Experience in Testing Machine Handling Equipment (MHE) devices/process like pick to light, sorters, diverts, Auto bagger, RF devices, etc. Candidates have excellent experience in Testing Printers, labels, different documents e.g. BOL, Packing slips Should have very good understanding of Warehouse systems and related SAP integrations Should be able to design test cases and End to End scenarios for Warehouse functionalities Expertise in various phases of testing activities that include Requirements Understanding, Estimation, Test Strategy preparation, Test Design, Review, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting Sound knowledge on QA methodology, ability to work with cross functional team. Should be able to work with Offshore teams Good team player and have ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment. Expertise on defect tracking tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence. Excellent client stakeholder management skills, Excellent in communication Preferred Skills/Qualification: Motivated self-starter with exceptional team building, leadership, Project Management and interpersonal skills. Have thorough understanding of various phases in SDLC in various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile Lifecycle Home office setup (network, phone, etc.) Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
