What you’ll do:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Supply Chain team and report into the Plant Manager. If you’re looking to build your career with a team you can have fun with, this is the position for you! As a Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee 14 direct reports. You will be responsible for all 3 shifts and ensure warehouses are organized and oversee the inventory of the plant, as well as outside storage facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring raw materials are available for production. Do you enjoy working with technology? You will coordinate transportation carriers and performance through the utilization of TMS and ensuring all scheduled shipping/receiving appointments are timely and meeting customer requirements.

What you’ll need to be successful and safe:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will take experience in lieu of.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 3rd Shift – Flexible
• Bilingual – Spanish speaking a plus
• 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in food/beverage, pharma or medical device manufacturing industry
• High energy with a positive attitude and team oriented
• Change management/influencer
