Oversees the receiving, storage and distribution of approximately $163,000,000 annually of Production and Service Parts materials. Monitors Departmental Budget of approximately $1,000,000 annually to ensure expenditures are within guidelines. Supervises Associates across three shifts.Main Duties and Responsibilities:1. Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of Warehouse and Receiving Associates; ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations; Counsels, records, and disciplines as necessary. Develops Crew Leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Crew Members.2. Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish the Warehouse and Receiving mission in a safe, effective manner. Provides appropriate equipment and racking to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials. Researches material handling equipment to ensure procurement of the most suitable equipment in terms of performance, safety, reliability, and cost.3. Monitors the unloading of all materials into the Receiving Department; Ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; Ensures receiving reports accurately report material received.4. Resolves discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.Areas Warehouse Manager Job Description5. Monitors the flow of paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control for timely data entry. Oversees the movement of material from receiving to the Warehouse in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.6. Oversees the supplying of materials to Fabrication and stages material for Assembly and Sub-Assembly. Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. Oversees the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.7. Monitors and measures Receiving and Warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers to Service Parts.8. Develops and recommends annual budget requirements for the Warehouse and Receiving Department. Anticipate and request funding for future personnel requirements. Anticipate and request funding for future material handling equipment.9. Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the Warehouse and Receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner.10. Participates in interview process and recommend applicants for hire as Warehouse and Receiving Associates.11. Performs other related duties as required.Skills and Qualifications:1. Minimum of Associates Degree preferred with at least three years of management experience of a warehouse.2. Have knowledge of service and food and beverage.3. Must be minimum 21 years of age.4. Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals6. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.7. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds or more8. Must have the stamina to work long hours of work.9. Must be able to work with diverse populations.10.
