1st shift 6 am 2:40 pm. Primary responsibilities include the staging, assembly and weighing of raw materials to batch formulation quantities. Checks and transfers raw material from warehouse to dispensary; set-up assigned scale and scale area for weighing; perform weighing and checking of raw materials. Executes required Batch Folder documentation by referencing Consolidated Pull sheet Formula, Manufacturing Instructions, and return to stock labels, etc. Utilizes radio-frequency devices (RF) to track raw materials and to generate ingredient identification records. Performs Daily cleaning/sanitization of Dispensary areas and equipment including weighing cubicles, scales, utensils, lifts, etc. Transfers dispensed raw material from scale to appropriate process order pallet for shipping. Performs data entry of material movements. Operates forklift or other material handling equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
