Administrative Assistant – Night Shift

TeamOne Logistics is a nationally recognized workforce partner exclusively focused on asset-based transportation in the logistics industry. We currently have an opportunity for an administrative assistant in our transportation dedicated fleet operation in Mira Loma, CA.

Full Time Position: $20.00 Per Hour

Work Location: Mira Loma, CA

Evening Shift: 10PM – 6:30AM

Job Description:

The shift for this position is Sunday thru Thursday 10pm – 6:30am with Quarterly Safety Meetings on Saturdays and Overtime from time to time. Our Admin will be responsible for all administrative functions associated within a transportation office. Duties will include but are not limited to:

On time delivery tracking and reporting.
Preparing delivery routes.
Securing all documents for driver’s deliveries.
Assist drivers in any aspects required before they are dispatched.
Completing daily and weekly reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates must possess 1 year of previous administrative experience, preferably in a transportation or warehouse environment. Candidates must have a positive attitude and depict a pleasant personality when dealing with the customer, client and associates. Candidates must have strong technical and computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Word and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Previous experience with WMS and phone/scanner devices preferred.
