We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Representative works under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager; responsible for assistance in the warehouse driving, receiving incoming deliveries, and covering operations during shorthanded situations. Maintaining and growing existing car dealers, and consumer national account deliveries and generating new car dealer / consumer national account customers within the sales territory. Provide customers with current product information, assist them on OE Connections, Around the Wheel, On the Roll, Tire Works and K&M Tire weblink training.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Establish new car dealer / consumer national account customers and provide accounts with details on products or programs that K&M Tire can develop with their specific needs in mind.
2. Maintain sales territory.
3. Responsible for collecting payment for all C.O.D. accounts and any other customer wishing to issue payment at time of delivery.
4. Load and/or unload trucks.
5. Responsible for loading trucks efficiently, accurately and in organized manner.
6. Responsible for working safely at all times.
7. Must support company goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have valid driver’s license.
2. Must be 21 or older to legally cross state lines.
3. Maintain up to date knowledge of multiple tire lines.
4. Ability to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment.
5. Ability to communicate and express ideas effectively both in written and oral communications.
6. Possess a friendly and positive attitude.
7. Project a professional image of yourself and the company.
8. Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
9. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
10. Knowledge of the following software: Outlook, Word and Excel.
11. Ability to learn weblink, OE Connections and Car Dealer programs.
12. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
13. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
14. Ability to learn to operate a fork lift, tire cart, pallet jack and electric order pickers.
15. Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled. Temperatures can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday: 8am to 5pm
