Sassy Baby has a great opportunity for an administrative assistant in its Sales department. This position is responsible for coordinating between customer, vendor, and warehouse to ensure orders are being processed. The following lists the duties/responsibilities of this position:
Assist the Sr. V.P. of Sales, National Account Managers with account presentations, required set up forms, correspondence, sample requests, file maintenance, approved costings and follow-up.
Assist with supporting accounts thru order processing, monitoring and troubleshooting weekly open order report and shipping follow-up.
Assist with Sales Representatives communications, updates and file maintenance.
Coordinate New Customer accounts set-ups and information distribution.
Responsible for New Items Set Up forms as needed based on Confirmed Account Recaps.
Responsible for managing monthly preparation, distribution and follow-up of closeout list for approved accounts. Coordinate and review offers for approval with Sr. VP of Sales/Operations.
Responsible for assigning and maintaining style numbers and UPC database.
Responsible for website customer service functions including follow-up including but not limited to customer complaints with QA.
Coordinate and fulfill employee sales, sample requests and maintain office sample inventory.
Position Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
Qualified Candidate must have MS Office experience, with an emphasis in Excel.
Have excellent communication and organization skills.
Have the ability to shift priorities when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
