We are looking for a strong candidate to add to our Rental Team in Willow Grove, PA. TheRental Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating and processing rental contracts and projects. This position also involves trucking coordination with external vendors. The successful candidate will use their superior customer service skills to support and grow our equipment rental business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Field and process all National Account rental and transportation requests.
Dispatch in-house drivers to customer locations for equipment delivery and pick-up. Coordinate with contracted external delivery services.
Source and coordinate the shipment of equipment.
Process and log internal delivery paperwork.
Maintain and invoice rental equipment contracts.
Field and process all shop maintenance for rental units.
Maintain accurate equipment inventory logs.
Provide timely responses to requests.
Provide physical and administrative support during annual inventory.
Maintain and monitor truck drivers per DOT guidelines and company procedures.
Works closely with the Rental Manager on equipment, transportation, and service needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of transportation coordination and logistics, shipping methods and associated documents.
Knowledge of general office business practices, preferably in a service environment.
Knowledge and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and web applications.
Ability to prioritize workload and maintain flexibility while working within the team.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain focused while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability and aptitude to learn company-specific systems (training is provided).
Ability to apply sound reasoning and judgement.
Ability to handle strict deadlines, upset customers, and time-sensitive situations while providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in an office environment with occasional short periods of time spent in a warehouse with possible exposure to extreme temperatures while locating/updating equipment inventory.
Exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Strong business acumen, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Some overtime hours may be required as business and deadlines demand.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
1-3 years’ experience working in a professional administrative environment.
Material handling industry experience with forklift knowledge is highly desirable.
Service support and coordination experience required; transportation and dispatching experience is highly desirable.
Requires strong problem solving, organizational and time management capabilities.
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge, data entry skills, and billing experience required. CRM software experience is desirable.
Strong mental ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure or stress.
Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and listening.
