Woodside Enterprise is hiring a full time office assistant/receptionist to join our team! There are two storage facilities operating under one roof here, Arcadia Archives (document storage) and Safe Storage (residential). The hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm, no weekends or evenings!
This position will be responsible for:
Creating monthly invoices
Collecting/recording payments on Quickbooks
Arranging delivery/pick up requests for the warehouse manager
Approve/deny potential storage customers using our simple application process
Answering phones, greeting customers and other similar front desk duties
Light accounting such as bank reconcilliations and balancing petty cash
Requirements:
Driver’s license – on the rare occasion the warehouse manager is not able to make a delivery we would like the office assistant to fill in as needed, this will not happen often.
Organizational skills
Positive attitude
Excellent attendance
Preferred but not required skills to have:
Light accounting experience
Background with customer service
Experience in an office setting
