Purchasing Coordinator: Looking for an individual that works well with others, is a team player, able to meet deadlines, proactive, resourceful, organized, and diligent. This position provides purchasing support to the purchasing department by making sure materials are being purchased at the best price and in advance of the needs of the project.
Ensures that purchase orders are created in advance of the project needs in the builder’s software. Able to keep track of inventory and making sure all packages are labeled and organized in the warehouse. Understands that their work directly affects the building process and its progress.
