We have a heart for delivering outstanding customer service in a space that’s known for letting you down – and we do that one high five move at a time. …This is where you come in… A Bellhop Recruiting Associate’s primary goal is to onboard bellhops (the amazing people that move our customers) onto our platform as we grow our business at a blistering pace. The Recruiting Associate must possess a unique blend of interpersonal communication skills and the bias to act quickly. From educating potential bellhops about the platform, to making decisions on candidate approval, the Associate serves a crucial role in the ongoing health of our business.
General Responsibilities:
Monitor and process bellhop applications Contact candidates through phone, text and/or email to guide them through the application process Approve potential bellhops- Work with Market Managers and the Daily Operations team to identify the highest priorities for recruitment Answer bellhop inquiries about our platform Represent the Bellhops brand This role is full time 9am – 5pm in office. We are located in Warehouse Row!
Qualifications:
