This is a food production environment, so please be prepared to abide by the following rules below. Starting pay is $15.20 per hr + bonuses, with benefits after 90 days & 401K after a year! We promote from within as well! We are a 7 day facility so most open schedules require you to work weekends. Hiring full time only at this time. Must be able to work in different temperatures (low=38 degrees high=78 degrees) & be able to lift at least 60 lbs. Drug test and background check required upon selection. Please call and schedule an interview when online app is complete at M-F between 7:30am-4pm Dress Code Clothing, shoes and shoe covers must be neat, clean, and free of holes. Closed shoes (no open toes or backs) must be worn with socks. Shoe covers or pre-approved slip-resistant shoes must be worn at all times while in a production area. Employees will be given one pair of shoe covers at the start of employment. Shoe covers and pre-approved slip-resistant shoes cannot be altered in any way. Replacement shoe covers will be provided by turning in used covers to Team Leader. Employees may purchase slip resistant shoes from QT authorized shoe companies through payroll deduction. Employee may wear shorts and pants while working in all QTD areas. Employee uniforms should be neat, clean and in good repair. See Employee Appearance Policy QTD 5-05-007 Hearing protection (ear plugs or headsets) is required in our Tunnel Wash area to protect our employees. Due to communication concerns, ear plugs are not allowed in production areas except for a medical necessity. In such a situation, the hearing protection used can only be corded ear plugs. Employees may wear a clean smock while in QTD Production areas, smocks must be worn over all street clothes and cold protection. Soiled smocks should be changed as often as necessary. Anyone entering the production area must wear a smock when food products are present in the room. Anyone entering the bakery that is involved in production must wear an apron. Nothing is allowed in outer pockets on smocks or aprons; nor in any pocket or attached to clothing above the waist. No loose jewelry, necklaces, rings with settings, or watches are permitted in the production areas. Wedding rings/bands are the only jewelry permitted in the production areas. Engagement rings and Wedding rings/bands with stones or anything that can become dislodged are prohibited in production areas. Wedding rings/bands without stones must be covered with a disposable glove by anyone that is involved in production. The ONLY reason an employee may wear a necklace is for the purpose of a medical condition. The medical alert necklace must have a continuous chain. No earrings, body piercing/rings/piercing spacers are permitted. The only exception is for new ear piercing for the first six weeks; the employee must keep covered with adhesive covering over the entire area. The employee is responsible to notify the Team leader before starting their shift.
