Our client, a distributor of interior building products is actively looking for an Operations Assistant for immediate hire. Ideally the candidate, should be a go getter and be looking to grow long term with the company. Knowledge of the building materials industry is a must as well as experience with dispatch, inventory, customer service, safety, administrative duties and more.

Job Responsibilities-

Administration

• Payroll
• Attendance Tracking
• Warehouse Staff Performance Tracking.
• Print Delivery Tickets
• Truck Turnaround Times
• Log computer changes for cycle counts.

Safety

• Filing Forklift inspections
• Filing Other safety required paperwork
• Pm tracking trucks
• Pm tracking booms
• State Inspection Tracking
• Drivers files paperwork.

Customer Service

• Proof of Delivery
• Maintain back order tickets in Trend.
• Maintain WMS locations that Trend cannot do.
• Prep POs for warehouse receiving team.
• Set up interviews
• Help labor staff become job eligible

College degree not required but preferred
Must be flexible with hours
