Expanding manufacturing company is looking to add an Office Assistant. This is a newly created position due to growth with the company. This is a part time position (20-25 hours a week)
This position is a located in South Charlotte, NC with an hourly pay range of $15-17/hr. This is a part time (20-25 hours a week) contract to hire position.
Job Description: Office Assistant
Review of email:
Process/tracking/correct all shipping documents:
Purchase orders and Pro Forma Invoice processing
Prepare/edit necessary warehouse container documentation
Prepare BOL for warehouse containers
Keep List of warehouse stock shipments updated and current:
Review all freight vendor and clearing agent invoices:
Track deliveries and invoice customers using QuickBooks, entering data for each invoice in appropriate spreadsheets :
Experience and Skills required:

Able to work in a fast paced environment
Understand shipping lines and trucking business
Excellent Customer Service skills
