Responsibilities include the following:
Assist in stand-up and operation of BrightDrop Aftersales Service Parts Fulfillment, Warehousing, & Logistics operations
Oversee, direct and deliver service parts ordering, fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution for BrightDrop electric commercial vans and EP1 electric Pallets (and future products), including buildout of service parts flow with GM Customer Care and Aftersales for GM manufactured vehicles, along with service parts flow for ePallet servicing needs of our BrightDrop fleet customers and designated fleet management companies
Work collaboratively with GM, suppliers, and internal colleagues to develop and setup the service parts flow, system processes, and financial flow of parts sold/returned in support of both BrightDrop vehicles and ePallets leveraging current systems and building new system capabilities to best support our customer base
Recruit, manage and develop the BrightDrop service parts team members
Work collaboratively across GM and BrightDrop to ensure streamlined connection of teams, operations and processes
Help design and implement operational tools, training and standardized processes that are repeatable, scalable and in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Evaluate BrightDrop’s service customer experience based on customer data and observations. Assist in continuous improvements / problem resolution to build customer loyalty
Ability to manage time and projects and measure/prioritize workeffectively with limited supervision
Demonstrated experience with ambiguity and the agility of a start-up mindset
Achieve budget goals

Additional Job Description
Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired. This position requires an employee to be onsite every other week.
Minimum 10 years-experience in service parts operations including parts ordering, fulfillment, returns and claims processing, and logistics. Experience with electric vehicles preferred, but not required
Knowledge of the dealer operating models, metrics and reporting
Knowledge of service, parts and warehouse structure and interconnectivity
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Understanding of service parts, fulfillment, warehouse, supply chain and logistics performance metrics
