POSITION OVERVIEW This position will assist the Supply Chain (SC) team by being a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party manufacturers (TPM), warehouses, and distribution centers (DC). The role is designed to plan, execute, and communicate the purchase, logistics, and inventory of finished goods and packaging materials in a third-party network. Additionally, this position will leverage Swisher’s logistics network to transport and maintain appropriate stock levels while maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and cost control metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and Business Analytics teams to forecast and communicate product supply plans to 3rd party manufacturing (TPM) and distribution centers (DC). • Interact with Creative Department and Materials Management team to estimate lead times for materials and communicate storage requirements to TPMs. • Responsible for the PO creation to timely delivery at warehouse, leveraging logistics partners to ensure time/cost effective transport. • Review inventory levels, define Minimum Stock Levels/Days on Hand, and coordinate product transfers in an E-Commerce environment. • Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for third party manufacturing and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance to the KPI framework. • Other SC duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics. • 1-3 years supervisory experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constraining environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Able to work independently and within a team as well as across the internal and external teams that support the Swisher business. • Ability to develop and strengthen partnerships/relationships with both internal and external stakeholders PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • May be sitting and/or using computers for prolonged periods of time
