The primary role of the Human Resource Lead is to provide support between the HR team, seasonal warehouse staff and supervisors during our peak Holiday season. This position is responsible for greeting new hires, conducting orientations, and completing all new hire paperwork. You will be addressing any questions or issues from our seasonal staff and handling daily attendance and timekeeping responsibilities. The standard 2nd shift schedule is 4:00pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday. As we head into the holidays, we will be working 6 and 7 day workweeks for a great opportunity to earn plenty of overtime and double-time!

High school graduate (minimum); college degree (preferred) – great position for a new grad!
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
