Job: HR Generalist

Location: Simi Valley, CA

Pay: $55k-65k /year D.O.E.

This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire position located in Simi Valley, CA with a distribution company, specializing in the collectibles and toy industries. HR Generalist Job Details:

Pay: $55k-65k/year D.O.E.

Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week

Full Time, Temp-to-Hire

HR Generalist Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to employee relations, leave of absence, talent, compliance, and benefits to support the employee life cycle.

• Act as the main point of contact for employees’ inquiries on Human Resources-related topics

• Work closely with the HR Manager and provide daily support for the Human Resources Department

• Maintain company policies and procedures
