PNB is seeking an individual to take on a Forklift Operator role within the
Warehouse Department. This position is responsible for unloading transport trucks, storing product in designated areas, loading empty pallets and plastic storage flats/ shells for the transport truck to return to the manufacturing location, loading pre- made and multi-product pallets on local delivery trucks. May have light housekeeping duties. Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test or currently possess Forklift Driving Certificate

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner
Receive and store incoming items according to established system
Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled
Maintain cleanliness in assigned area (e.g. yard and warehouse)
Handle and loading of bulk trucks promptly
Sort and store partial cases of product returned on route trucks
Maintain records of daily check list (pre-trip inspections)

JOB ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
18 years or older
Pass the Pre-Employment Drug Test and background check
Pass the validated Selection Test
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including, wearing proper protective equipment, practicing personal hygiene, or obeying safety practices.
Must be able to lift and carry between 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
Must be able to lift, carry, reach, pull, push, bend, climb, walk/stand throughout the warehouse throughout a 10-12 hour work period
Working in a high-speed manufacturing environment (for example, team- oriented, deadline driven, high performance demands, or fast paced)
Driving a forklift (for example, performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, or maneuvering in tight areas without damaging products, etc)

Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (for example, pulling and placing palettes on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks and maximizing storage by stacking products vertically)
Experience with standards of operation (OSHA requirements on minimum/maximum speeds, signaling, putting product in appropriate area
