Single point of Contact for External labor provides to Dematic Installation department
Interface directly with External labor providers and Dematic internal Resources Managers to coordinate Dematic External labor needs (Contract Labor Agencies and Dematic Sub Contractor companies)Work with Resources department to understand short and long term forecast for External Labor demand
Communicate Dematic labor needs and forecasts to External labor providers
Support efforts to resolve requests and concerns related to External labor availability, performance, safety, training, disciplinary processes related to External labor resourcesResolves crew issues, verifying requirements for each day, confirming availability of crew and increase or decrease staff size as necessary;
Updates schedule with any changes and/or updates from the client.
Provides, processes and collects timesheets, worker confirmation lists, new hire paperwork, workers comps incident reports and any other documentation required to provide labor services, when applicable.
Provides the client with weekly running totals of labor cost; when necessary and provides finalized billing.
Collects and correlates all required safety and work certificates and inputs them into system as necessary.
Work with External labor companies to coordinate and synchronize Skill matrix evaluation
Provide feedback to External Labor providers about provided labor performance
Provide Dematic reports:Performance reports per External labor provider Resources true Skill match
Resources first time Retention
Safety reports per External labor providerPer number of incidents
Per severity of incidents
Track External labor providers EHS records and provide reports per agency:TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate or Total Case Incident Rate)
EMR (Experience Modification Rating)
Work with Internal Installation team on External Labor providers licenses needed to perform Dematic project needsObtain and track External labor providers electrical and mechanical licenses (per state requirements)
Issue certification requests to External labor providers
Work with Internal installation team to understand minimal number of critical licenses needed to perform work in certain US states
Track accuracy of Time sheets and payments to External Labor providers
Be the first point of contact to any issues related to External Labor providers
Respond respectfully to requests for information
Ensure accurate and proper reporting on External labor relationships to Dematic Resource department management
Support meetings as required

Associates degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of experience supporting Labor Staffing or similar tasks
Exceptional communication skills
Previous experience with resource and labor management field preferred. Good knowledge of the principles and practices of labor staffing: Working knowledge of accounting and payroll practices and procedures.
Good overall PC skills and knowledge of MS Office (i.e. MSWord, Excel, etc.)
Ability to create reports and run queries
