Job Description: In this compelling leadership position, you will lead efforts to build, develop, or design functionality for a product, as well as oversee the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products. Specifically, the selected candidate will serve as the Director of Product Management responsible for all business change initiatives for Enterprise Transformation, Strategy & Execution Managed Platforms (Planview Enterprise One, Enterprise Planning & Prioritization Analytics, Jira) in support of more than 5,000 daily users. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Director of Product Management role in our Enterprise Planning & Prioritization group will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care, so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:* Lead and oversee the product management lifecycle from conception through completion to include: stakeholder engagement, business requirements assessment in relation to product capabilities, scoping & planning initiatives, overseeing delivery & testing, budgeting, forecasting, tracking & reporting status, managing deliverables, assessing customer satisfaction.* Serve as the process & product expert for Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Resource Management, and Agile Product Delivery capabilities that will require scaling to meet the needs of the enterprise.* Establish communication channels with stakeholders & user communities to solicit feedback on the tools.* Co-develop & socialize vision for continued build-out of Jira in support of the enterprise moving toward Portfolio SAFe.* Work with technology teams to properly document & prioritize desired features balancing strategic build-out of the tool with tactical delivery.* Identify areas for training on the tools and work with appropriate support teams to get content created.* Oversee compliance and financial operations for Managed Platforms environments. * Work closely with VP of Enterprise Planning & Prioritization (EPP), who will be a deeply involved and active contributor, in the formulation and execution of long-term product strategies across Enterprise Transformation, Strategy & Execution (ETSE).Qualifications: THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMRequired Experience:* 8+ years of relevant professional experience leading large-scale enterprise IT change programs.* Demonstrable experience in vendor management with an excellent understanding of standard contractual arrangements, third-party risk assessment, and SLAs for Managed Services Partners, Implementation Partners, and Cloud Providers.* Requisite experience in Agile SDLC practices and principles; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Lean Portfolio Management competency preferred.* Excellent critical thinking skills to assess & resolve issues, understand complex design, and bridge engagement between multiple technology & business organizations.* Exceptional leadership & communication skills to manage verbal & written executive-level communications.* Deep expertise in Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Reporting, and Agile practices.* Experience managing complex systems & systems integrations to include SaaS products, data warehouses, and multiple reporting environments including PowerBI, SSRS, and Tableau.* Extensive experience in researching, evaluating, and implementing COTS and SaaS products.* Strong attention to detail and results-focused approach with excellent project management skills.* Experience with Portfolio and Agile Platforms (Planview Enterprise One, LeanKit, Jira preferred).Desired Experience:* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; Master’s Degree desired* 10+ years of relevant professional experience leading large-scale enterprise IT change programsAdditional Information: Job REF ID: REF6350SThe future is what you make it to be.
