We need an experienced individual with solid data entry experience who possesses a strong work ethic, is organized and willing to learn, and is able to work independently. The right candidate is the type of person who thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment, and is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn new skills. Good typing skills and accuracy are a must.

What you’ll be doing:

Printing / Monitoring Picking Tickets

Data Entry for Shipping Purposes

Creating / Updating Bill of Ladings

Order Fulfillment and Document Processing

Generating Shipping Labels / Barcodes

Operating Carrier Programs (UPS Worldship / Fedex Ship Manager, Kuebix TMS)

Some Will Call / Warehouse duties. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Must haves:
Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude

Excellent, accurate typing / data entry skills

Good communication and people skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to multitask

Excellent at following through and completing assignments

Availability for very occasional weekends, and/or some weekday overtime
