Interceramic has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your success in this role will rely on properly identifying customer needs and providing a professional, best-in-class customer service experience. This role is based out of our Oklahoma City ITS Store and will be reported to our Operations Manager.

What will you do?
Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations
Supporting outside sales representatives to ensure customer needs are being met
Providing information on pricing, availability, shipping date, anticipated delays, order status, and any additional information needed by customer, using email or telephone
Checking inventory control and notifying appropriate parties of orders that would deplete stock
Recommending type of packing or labeling needed on order
Conferring with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
Filling out contract forms, determining charges for service requested, collecting deposits, preparing change of address records, and issuing discontinuance orders.
Working with other departments to resolve customer complaints or problems.
Other duties may be assigned.
