Sr Insurance Claims Specialist Environmental Health Hazard Sr Insurance Claims Specialist Examiner Adjuster Attorney Environmental Health Hazard Toxic Tort Asbestos Pollution High Exposure Complex Claims _. REMOTE WORK FROM HOME POSSIBLE Seeking individual with experience handling complex specialty health hazard claims to act as resident expert on all issues related to or stemming from exposure to asbestos, pollution, or similar. Activities: Directly handle an assigned portfolio of high severity, specialized, complex asbestos and pollution claims. Determine appropriate reimbursement, negotiate payments. Provide direction and strategize with counsel to handle litigated claims in multiple jurisdictions. Assist management with creation of strategic initiatives and implementation litigation strategies. Required: Knowledge of complex asbestos and other health hazard claims in multiple jurisdictions Experience negotiating cost sharing agreements.
