Job Details for the Administrative Assistant:

• Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5pm
• Salary: 38,000-43,000/year

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Administrative Assistant:

• Processes daily customer credit card payments
• Regularly update pricing in accordance to price sheets
• Provide support for accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing
• Weekly reporting to the sales team
• Manages dues and subscriptions for the sales team
• Designs and purchases promotional items
• Process and manage bid contracts

Job Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Administrative, office management, or coordinator experience
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
• Efficient in Microsoft Products
• Accounts receivable/accounts payable experience a plus!
