Job description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generating shipment instructions, preparing and handling billing documentation. Ordering warehouse supplies. Collecting data for payroll purposes. Data input. Proficiency in administrative skills including communication is required. Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide timely, high quality and accurate work product.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasks. Work effectively as a team member.
Technical skills and experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Quick Books.
Adapt at scheduling, organizing and maintaining outlook calendars.
Significant attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor.
Job time: Full Time – Hours: Mon-Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm / Friday 7:30 am 2:00 pm
