JOB OVERVIEW

Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports for Senior Management.

Utilize various financial information systems to prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports related to assigned areas.

Assist with month-end financial and accounting operations.

Prepare and enter journal entries in the system.

Support various departments with their accounting and financial reporting needs.

Provide operational support and analysis for the sales teams and other functional areas.

Support and assist with maintaining the data warehouse system.

Assist with the budget process.

Backup up key operational areas.

Work with sales teams to facilitate quarterly volume forecasts; updating both the financial models and APPX system

Maintain bottle deposit, sales tax, and sugar tax rates in the APPX system

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Must have 1-2 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

Must be well organized and detail oriented.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft business applications and various reporting software.

Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.

Must be 18 years or older.

Pass the drug test and physical exam.

Ability and willingness to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
